Chording!
One of my goals this year is to be able to play a chord progression musically with fills and chord inversions keeping time. Also to play with a backing track (for fun and to practice keeping in time).
I sat down today to work out a chord progression to use and was already surprised at the ease I had after working on these skills for some time and diving back into them recently. Will continue to work on this and add more movement and fills and runs!
